Piercing?

Hi guys! I'm not even gonna talk about my calorie intake for today (and I thought yesterday was bad?! :'( ) anyway I'm trying to decide what piercing to get out of
1) Tongue
2) belly button
3) Monroe
4) snake bites

Do you guys have any ideas? You can see my profile pic which do you think would look the nicest? Thanks guys xx
