Hi guys!!! So today I ate too much, I had a weetabix for breakfast, a chIcken tikka sandwich for lunch and then for tea lamb curry! What's with all the curry meals?!
But on the bright side, because I did loads of exercise and didn't eat too much tea my total calories = 173!
That's really not bad and I weighed myself this morning to found I lost a pound from yesterday :D I'm hoping by tmoz I'll have lost another pound too! Fingers crossed xxxx
