Parents! :/

Hi guys! I'm not doing so great on my diet :/ yesterday was above a 1000 calories (I cried too) and today's in the 800s!!!
I'm having a hard time eating less with my parents round so if anyone has any tips at all please comment below! I don't wanna be fat :'(

  1. You can try eating only one meal with them but if it's not possible then tell them some kind of a lie about how you try eating healthily. I told my parents im not eating any greasy or starchy foods because my skin is just gross and the only thing that'll help is eating healthily. They believed it although they keep telling me that my skin looks okay but at least they don't force me. This way i don't have to lie that my stomach hurts or that i'm not hungry, they usually forced me to eat back then. And never tell them how many calories you really eat because on some reason parents think that anything lower than 2000 is starvation if you're a teen.
